1. About Desktop Industrial
Desktop Industrial is owned and operated by Presley Direct LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. We operate as an online retailer selling industrial supplies, tools, and equipment via drop-ship fulfillment.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
- Orders are confirmed by email. A confirmation email does not guarantee availability.
- Applicable sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Illinois per state law.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are fulfilled via drop-ship partners. Most orders ship in 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary by item and destination.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $150.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition.
- To initiate a return, contact us at orders@desktopindustrial.com with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Custom, special-order, or bulk items may not be eligible for return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at orders@desktopindustrial.com. Include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, contact us for a resolution.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presley Direct LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
